Returns & Exchanges
At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are unopened, in original packaging, and meet our safety standards.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the authorized items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to send them back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
